The times they are a-changin

So my life has been changing pretty crazily these past few weeks. Since I've been super busy these past few weeks, I haven't had much time to update my blog, so I don't even know where to start anymore. I guess I'll just start with some stuff from my college life.

I'm really having a great time rushing for APO. I finally got my big sib this week and I'm super happy that I got her cause we get along really well. It was pretty funny when I asked my pledgemaster how we got put together cause she just responded with "Oh you two were really easy. You're like the same, you both are crazy!". Just overall I've been really happy with how things have been going with rushing. I know that I'm getting a little behind on interviews but I'm sure that once I start getting some of them, I'll be able to finish without a problem.

As far as fundraising for the pledge class is going, its a totally different story. I don't think I mentioned this before, but I got elected treasurer of the pledge class. I don't really think I'm that well qualified for it; I'd personally rather have the VP spot but being treasurer is just fine. I do have some fundraisers planned out though. I just needa get them all set up on monday. To just put this as a reminder to myself, call up McDonalds on Monday and visit the San Leandro Chili's also on Monday to set up a night with them. Hopefully by the time we get these done, we'll have around 500-600 dollars in our bank account, then we can do alot of minor things, like recycling cans for money, or bake sales and stuff like that for just random money. If anyone has any really good fundraising ideas then you should get at me haha.

I think ima avoid posting about a certain subject because I know i'll probably piss a few people off by writing it, but lets just say that I got rid of the one thing in my life that was an annoyance to me this past month. I'll also just say that I'll probably be making alot more visits to UC Davis in the future haha.

Last night was really fun because it was Halloween. Halloween is my favorite holiday in the year because I get to dress up as whatever I want without any consequences. If you know me well, you'll know that I like dressing up as different stuffs as much as I can because I like to break down the walls of my own normality. Theres some really good pictures of me on my facebook if you care to check. But yeah I'll leave the Halloween post to its own seperate blog because it was a really fun night.
